Warrior Forum – Pimp To The Scammers!

You may well already be a member of the Warrior Forum or maybe considering joining.  But do you realize the workings of this marketer chewing machine?

If you do not already know, The Warrior Forum is one of the largest Internet Marketing forums around on the net at the moment.  The World and it’s dog seem to be on there and most marketers are shoving it down their subscriber’s throats in regular intervals.  I myself have advocated joining and using this enormous public platform to increase sales levels.  That was, until I saw behind the mask and realized that what lurks inside is quite sinister.

When you first join the persona is friendly and it can be quite addictive just spending time trawling through all the different threads.  There are some fantastic marketers there, but sadly these marketers are getting wiped out on a daily basis.

The cancer within the Warrior Forum originates from the very heart of the site.  The owner and the moderators.  By it’s very nature, this has spread throughout the entire site.  While good marketers and forum members are becoming extinct, scam artists and opportunists are thriving.

The main reason for this is that the opportunists, like hyenas, know that the powers that be, totally despise freedom of speech.  They know that they can flog worthless, overpriced garbage and anyone who speaks up or questions them will be banned by the Chief Hyena – Allen Says (the site owner and who also moderates) and the other faceless moderators that act as his henchmen.

So, why does this happen?  Quite simply, because it can!  And, of course, our old friend, money.  You see, these scammers pay the Warrior Forum to advertise their tin pot, get rich quick schemes.  They do not like someone who has parted with their hard earned cash to come back to them with questions.  Scammers own the staff and the owner as they are too afraid of offending them for fear they may have to issue a refund.  Or worse still, put scammers off posting their worthless products which in turn will hit their bank account!

Allen Says fails to realise how short sighted his business acumen really is.  By allowing himself to be owned by these con artists, he not only blackens his name but he repels ethical marketers who have quality, tried and tested programs.

There are a growing number of websites and blogs posting or dedicating themselves to the spiky subject of the Warrior Forum.  Good, intelligent people that have been chewed up, spat out and banned from this creaking, archaic marketing machine.

It’s hardly surprising that scammers love this forum when the staff are setting them the example.  You’ve heard the term ‘lead by example’?  If you dare to question one of these con artists after parting with your hard earned cash to buy their crumby program, it won’t be them that are questioned – it will be you that is banned, either for life or for a timescale of their choosing.  It really is a case of buyer beware!  So, despite your attempts to be ethical and raise alarm bells to the moderators of a scam the reverse will happen.  The next time you attempt to log in you will simply get an automated message to say you’ve been banned, no email will be sent despite them stating that they will do that in their own rule book.  Your profile will still be up for public display with the words ‘banned’ underneath your name – and you can’t even get on to delete the account!

How’s that for Human Rights eh?

If you have paid out $37 for a lifetime membership then the best advice to give you is to go to Paypal and open a dispute as effectively you will not be able to view what you have paid for.  Once banned there is no means to contact the moderators, one of which is Allen Says himself, to plead your case or to try to appeal to reason.  Just locked out – end of!

The irony that makes this whole concept a total farce is that Allen Says openly admits that he is fully aware that less than desirable marketers are peddling their goods on his forum.  His far from mastermind solution to this happening, is to charge all members that are not already members of the War Room a $37 lifetime membership.  Only War Room members can post their special offers (WSO’s)

This bizarre line of thinking begs me to ask Allen Says one question.  “Do scammers not have $37 to join then?”

Of course they do!  And he knows that.  It’s purely a money making venture on the Warrior Forums’ part.  Capitalism at it’s most ugly.

Yes, Allen………….. but who’s throats are you cutting?!

If you have been affected or unfairly treated.  Feel free to post a comment.  The pen is mightier than the sword my friend :)

As you know, I just had a little rant about the same issue on my blog a few days ago. Unlike you, I was banned for life. The reason was not specified, just said “for breaking forum rules”. But since I only made 7 posts, it was easy to figure it out – I dared to point out that one of the WSO was in direct violation with terms and conditions of Digg (promoting selling Diggg votes). After the ban, I tried to contact the staff, but as I expected, my email fell on deaf ears (and eyes). I was quite pissed, but it really does not bother me anymore. There’s other forums and resources available, plus, I still can lurk on the forum and read the posts using anonymizer software. I cannot post anything, which sometimes creates this ‘itchy’ feeling as I often find posts (especially WSO) that just need to be addressed. But that is not my job, and as you pointed out, moderators will not remove any questionable WSO.
To me, online marketing suffers from people who are left to reign on WF, because these are the same people (or at least the same kind of people), who give online marketing a bad name, with their get-rich-quick schemes. What they often sell is just some useless PLR e-book that they did not even read, promising turning you and your online business into a money machine. And the sad part is, that lot of people actually do fall for their huge headlines and false promises.
WF is a place, where money rules over anything else. Even characters. Fortunately, there still are members who bring a real value to the forum. How long they will tolerate the downfall is a question. But once these members leave, there will be nothing left for WF.

    Wow…

This is all news to me about the WF… I mean really, I had NEVER heard of such a thing and am shocked!!

I half wish I could have a fake account and check it out.

You mean, they don’t like it when people point out unethical WSO’s?

I thought they were against that sort of thing? I am REALLy scratching my head.

Thank you for letting me know, and I am going to kind of observe it for a while. I don’t get on too much and I have had some helpful interactions with some of the members, but geesh….

    Hi Elena,

I hadn’t realised either as most ‘guru’s’ and internet marketers recommend it and tell you it’s packed with experienced people.

There are experienced people that have a wealth of knowledge but there are scammers too. The problem comes when you probe these scammers. There mates, who are usually the ones that are heavily endorsing the scam, will turn on you like a lynch mob and get you banned.

Allen Says, the owner, has publicly stated that he is trying to stamp this out but it appears it’s just lip service.

If you join, and I’m not telling you not to, beware and tread very carefully.

    All the best to you,

    Nicola

    Hi Nicola,

I actually came across your blog as it was linked from another “less than happy” with the Warrior forum poster.

Although I haven’t had the pleasure of being banned yet, I have been the victim of many a thread magically ‘poofing’ for no good reason – and without so much as a reason why. My latest one was due to speculated “self-promotion” because I was asking for people to come help test a site I had recently created.

Funnily enough, when I questioned why, another member went completely off at me about my thread when in fact she had me confused with a different thread (she was claiming things I never said, and when I questioned her via PM, she realised her mistake). Oddly, the other thread which WAS self-promotion, was allowed to stay. Ironically MY thread questioning why my first thread was deleted was ALSO deleted…

My main issue with it all was that threads were deleted without a word being uttered to the thread owners as to why. When you come back in the morning to see if anyone has posted replies to your question, only to be completely unable to find your thread is frustrating. To realise it’s been deleted and have NO idea what you’ve done wrong is even worse… how do they expect people to learn from mistakes?

When I questioned this method, I was mocked and laughed at that “omg how could I expect them to send a message to every user when they are such a busy forum?!” I was labelled stupid for even thinking such a thing. Yet I, who ran a forum of 40,000 plus members myself (and ran it completely alone for the majority of the time) found the time to notify EVERY member when their thread was moved, edited or deleted. So yes, not only was I “stupid” in thinking other forum owners would respect their members the same, but was surprised to find it was not the case…

I’ve found myself on the WF less and less these days. All my attemts at posting have either been deleted or met with unpleasant replies or worse, no replies at all.

Yeah I kind of agree. Some WSO’s have posts with raving reviews. Some even post things like “take this WSO down before others buy it”. The purpose is to try to trick you and make you believe that this WSO is the real deal when in fact is the same old rehashed crap.
Realize that some of these people belong to a scam network where everyone posts hyped up reviews to help each other make a quick buck out of desperate people.
Yeah and when you question them, you know what happens

  • Jo says:

Nicola, when I saw your list of blogs with WF related posts at the end of this post, it gave me the idea that maybe someone should start a blog for the purpose of exposing the WF WSO scams. I don’t know whether or not there would be legal implications/complications, but it would hit the WF where it hurts, save a lot of naive people from getting hurt, and maybe even (choke/cough) force some improvement in the WSO quality.

Before anyone jumps up and says, “Then why don’t you do it?,” I am in the throes of returning home to the US and can’t consider starting something that I haven’t the time to work on to make it succeed.

  • Julian says:

Allen Says is too busy counting his Paypal money to care.

You’d think $800,000+ a year from the WSO board would be enough but no, he wants your $37 but not you. He doesn’t give a shit about his customers.

    What a f**king thief!!

  • jeeves says:

You’re absolutely right. Any thread that complains how a wso sucks cos it promised to make money but doesn’t or anything that hints at “beware of wsos” get deleted.

The ironic part is that forum members are all so self righteous about integrity and ethics…what a joke.

  • Eddy says:

I just got banned from Warrior Forum. I asked a couple of questions about what to do, posted my favorite recipe for endhilada sauce on “Off Topic” under thread “what do you like to cook?”

Answered a question about the program Audacity….someone was having problems with humming in their audio, so I gave them a good answer.

NONE of my posts NOR my signature had any links, except for one, a thumbnail link to a “backlink site” on a particular site that showed ranking, backlinks, social bookmarks..and that thumbnail was only there so someone more knowledgeable with webstats could help me determine if a particular niche was too competitive, cuz I don’t know what all the stats mean.

One of my posts got deleted, because I agreed w/someone else on some gurus(and I did not mention any names NOR did I hint at anyone) not caring about you or me…tiz the truth.

But, my account stayed active for a few more hours. Then, BAM!!!!! Banned for life for breaking rules…I didn’t sell anything, promote anything, had no sig file, and made a total of 15 posts…and they hate me!

What a bunch of losers…I’ve heard terrible stuff about Allan Says before, but I didn’t even know he owned that forum until now…that explains it all

    Add:

    Sean Casey
    Mike Filsaime
    Ewen Chia

to the list of money sucking bigots I’ll speak openly against, and will tell everyone I know to NEVER trust any of these people(plus about 22 more, but I”ll save those names for other places.

Hard to find an honest “guru”…who actually helps people…but such is life. If you know any HONEST ones, shoot me an email:
